In the previous episode, we talked about why people don’t set goals. In continuation of that, today Eddie and I will give you some tactical tips on achieving and maintaining your goals. We also talk about how to align your short term goals with your long term goals.

But before we talk about the tips, it’s important to preface that it is not always about the goal. In a society that is consumed by always being in the pursuit of more, more and more, we can easily lose ourselves in pursuit of our goals.

Eddie and I believe that what we are becoming in the pursuit of the goal is more important. And also, we can’t sacrifice everything else to achieve a particular goal. Our happiness, health, sleep, spending time with family shouldn’t be sacrificed to achieve other goals.
