Last week, we shared the new thing we have going on in the PUSHER Society. We are setting personal goals every month and accomplishing them for the rest of the year. We are calling it how to accomplish anything in 30 days challenge. 

Every month, Eddie and I will be spearheading one goal we want to accomplish for the month. 

For April, we want to lose 20 pounds, 10 each. This is quite a challenge, but we are confident we can do it.

In this episode, we share our fitness journey from the past, where we are presently, and what we want to accomplish for the future.

Spoiler alert: We both competed and won bodybuilding competitions.

The question we want to pose for you today is this: What if you got in the best shape of your life?
